Vicky was born and brought up in South Africa where she lived until she was 18 and then emigrated to UK. She had a successful career with Lancashire Police as Police Constable, before making the decision to change her career path, and she started working in HR in early 2020, dealing with the challenges of COVID as an HR Administration Assistant. Based on her exceptional skills in the field, she has since been promoted to HR Consultant.
Vicky continues to learn but is fearless and tenacious when dealing with challenging HR issues and has proven herself to be an extremely valuable HR resource to the clients she supports and the wider business.
Vicky has an excellent understanding of employee relations, and has been able to prove how valuable her skill set is to the clients she has worked with.
