Career Summary

Early Career and Move into Human Resources

Vicky was born and brought up in South Africa where she lived until the age of 18 before emigrating to the UK. She built a successful career with Lancashire Police as a Police Constable before deciding to pursue a new career path.

In early 2020 she began working in Human Resources as an HR Administration Assistant, supporting organisations through the significant workplace challenges presented during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this role she developed strong foundations in HR processes and systems and gained valuable experience supporting businesses with their day-to-day HR needs.

Progression to HR Consultant

Based on her exceptional skills and commitment to supporting clients, Vicky has since progressed into the role of HR Consultant. In this role she works closely with employers to help them manage people issues effectively and maintain compliant HR practices.

Employee Relations Expertise

Vicky has developed a strong understanding of employee relations and regularly supports clients in resolving workplace issues with a practical and solutions-focused approach.

Supporting Clients with Practical HR Advice

Vicky continues to build her expertise and approaches challenging HR situations with determination and professionalism. She has proven herself to be an extremely valuable HR resource to both the clients she supports and the wider MYHR Consultancy team.
