Carole is a Human Resources professional with over 30 years of extensive HR and Senior Management experience. Carole has a breadth of experience in the corporate world as well as not-for-profit organisations and in more recent years, small to medium businesses.
Carole left the public sector in 2011 via a Voluntary Early Severance Scheme with the sole intention of setting up an HR company to provide outsourced HR services for a variety of businesses from differing industries. This interest was sparked while completing her MBA studies at Lancaster Management School and meeting fellow students from a variety of businesses. She quickly realised that there was a market for outsourced HR services across a range of sectors and industries she could tap into. She has found the role extremely rewarding and it has enabled her to utilise her experience and skills to beneficial effect.
Carole possesses an elevated level of business maturity, together with a warm personality and is driven by values and beliefs. From experience, Carole has learned the art of balancing this with the sometimes harsh realities of business, therefore enabling her to provide practical advice and guidance. This expertise has ensured clients unleash workforce potential, have confidence in complex and difficult decision making while also ensuring their business remains Employment Law compliant, with Carole’s support and guidance.
Her particular areas of interest and expertise are assisting with TUPE transfers, Redundancy exercises and Tribunal cases as well as complex Managing Attendance, Grievance and Disciplinary activity.
