Career Summary

As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Rebecca has significant Strategic HR experience at director level.

A mix of both corporate and not for profit experience gives Rebecca a wide perspective in terms of people issues and strategy development. Whether considering how to bridge silos and bring together cross functioning teams or looking at how to keep staff motivated during dwindling funding or a down turn in profits, Rebecca has worked with many companies to solve a wide array of people issues.

Rebecca began her career in the Further education and then progressed on to the Community and Early Years sector successfully leading a Community Mutual Children’s Centre. During this time the centre she was responsible for obtained the rare achievement of Ofsted Outstanding status in all Grade Descriptors (placing the Centre in the top 5% of the whole UK). Also during this period Rebecca competed a Master of Arts in Human Resources and the business partnership and began her fascination with company culture and organisational values.

She has a strong belief that developing the right values, behaviours and leadership competencies is essential in order to deliver business growth and improved performance through people over the long term.

Rebecca took the leap to work independently two years ago and to use her extensive 20 years of HR experience to work with a wide range of companies through Kent and the South East.

Her warm, disarming personality gives her the unique ability to establish an immediate connection with people. This enables her to understand the nature of the organisational culture and very quickly establish how this is impacting business performance.

Rebecca specialises in executive coaching, psychometric testing, strategy development, change management, leadership & management training, policy development and analysis, process engineering, wellbeing and employee engagement
