Penny is a Chartered Human Resources consultant who has worked with a wide variety of employers from the UK’s largest Defence Manufacturer to small e-commerce businesses.
She has over twenty years of experience with Human Resources specialising in business and personal growth and transformation.
During this time she has managed the people challenges related to outsourcing a supply chain organisation, balancing legal compliance with employee engagement in a heavily unionised environment with a potential cost saving of £10m over ten years.
She has also successfully delivered redundancy programmes whilst minimising operational performance and maintaining a healthy employment relationship with employees and the Trade Unions.
In addition she has developed the leadership capability of 300 executives to improve performance through a programme including self-awareness, strategic context, team building, succession development, communication styles, coaching and masterclasses.
Penny started work as an independent consultant in 2015 utilising her extensive skills.
