Career Summary

During a 25 year career in the defence sector, most recently as an HR Director within BAE Systems, Alison has experienced and led significant change interventions driven out of mergers, restructuring, downsizing, process and technological developments. In doing this she has acquired a good understanding of the key levers for organisational effectiveness and in particular what can be done to minimise the adverse impact of change on individual, team and business performance. It is this practical operational experience blended with strong coaching skills that allow Alison to quickly assimilate the organisational contexts that individuals operate within and so build productive coaching relationships which deliver performance benefits to both the individual and their organisation.
